Conference fee includes participation in lectures, conference materials and coffee breaks. Lunch and conference T-shirt are not included and can be ordered for extra money.

Data Processing

I allow PROIDEA Foundation for Supporting IT Education, 4Developers organizer, to store and process my personal data according to the Polish bill concerning data processing passed in August 29th ,1997 (Dz. U. 97 r. nr 133 poz. 883). Thus, I allow 4Developers organizer and its sponsors to send me information about the conference and their other activities.

Resignation

Submitting this form is tantamount to entering into a contract with PROIDEA Foundation for Supporting IT Education concerning attending the conference. You can cancel your registration by sending a registered letter to PROIDEA office, to the address given below. The letter should be sent no later that March 1st , 2010. If you do not attend the conference without canceling your registration, you will still be obligated to pay the conference fee.

* Student discount will be given only to those, who will present a valid student ID in the PROIDEA Foundation office or will send a scan of the student ID to biuro@proidea.org.pl. Student ID must be shown or sent no later than 7 days after registration.
