4Developers is created not only by PROIDEA Team, but also by active community members, who significantly contribute to the success of the event. We would like to thank following people for their help and input:

Grzegorz Duda – Currently works as a Technical Leader of “mission critical” product in Sabre Poland. He started the first free online newspaper about Java – JAVA exPress . It is now published in both, Polish and English. Grzegorz created the best Java portal in Poland dWorld.pl and first (and so far the only) Polish Java Podcast.
He organized many Java conferences, including Eclipse DemoCamp and COOLuary. He was a coorganizer of GeeCON. Grzegorz was one of the leaders of Polish JUG between 2007 and 2009. It was his idea to create a “lightning talks” sessions during JDD08 and 4Developers 2009 conferences. He is Agnieszka’s husband and Weronika’s and Robert’s father. He enjoys travelling, swimming, sailing and skiing.

Przemysław Kaczmarek – is a student at the Poznan University of Technology at the Facaulty of Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science and Management. For the last two years he has been actively involved in Microsoft’s Student Partner program. Currently he is a Student Consultant for Nort and South Poland. He participates in many Microsoft initiatives as a Developer and Project Manager. Przemyslaw is especially interested in software design and creating bussiness web applications in .NET technology. He is a freaquent speakers and organizer of .NET group meetings. Przemyslaw also organizes IT Academic Day.

Szymon Kobalczyk has been working on various aspects of . NET technology for 7 years, mainly in the design of interfaces for Web applications and Smart Client. Currently specializes in building solutions based on Windows Presentation Framework (WPF). Adventure began with the WPF project for CME TSRI – one of the first deployed WPF application. Recently he has won a first prize in the prestigious competition “Lab49 WPF in Finance Innovation Contest”. He is a member of the advisory body patterns & practices Composite Application Guidance for WPF and one of the leaders and a frequent speaker for Krakow .NET Developers Group. Szyman was also an organizer of CodeCamp Conference in Krakow.

Michał Rączka – Doświadczony kierownik zarządzania projektami o charakterystyce międzynarodowej oraz wielodziedzinowej. Zainteresowania zawodowe: synergia biznesu i IT, ocena portfolio projektów, miękkie aspekty PM, coaching i mentoring, szeroko pojęty rozwój biznesu. Członek zarządu PMI Odział Poznań – odpowiedzialny za szkolenia oraz rozwój. Certyfikaty: PMP, CAPM, Prince2, ITIL-F, CISA, MCP, CCNA/CCDA. Absolwent Politechniki Szczecińskiej: Elektronika i Telekomunikacja oraz Zarządzania i Inżynierii Produkcji Oprogramowania. Dyplomy z Zarządzania Projektami oraz Marketingu. Student MBA UE Poznań-Atlanta.
